David Barbour
Chief Investment Officer
David leads the investment strategy at Pallant Capital Limited, including overseeing the firm’s growth in private markets through investments in direct opportunities, co-investments and funds. He has more than 20 years of investment experience within the Fleming Family Office and FPE Capital, where he was Managing Partner. A qualified lawyer, David began his career in investmentbanking with Flemings and JP Morgan before moving into family office investment.
Nicola Groom
Chief Financial Officer
Nicola is a qualified accountant and CFO with over 30 years’ experience in financial strategy, investment management and risk management. She has worked across the medical, technology, manufacturing and social enterprise sectors, delivering profitability improvements, cost reductions and financial transformation while building effective relationships with senior leadership teams.
Alexandra Williams
General Counsel
Alex, as General Counsel, provides legal advice, pragmatic risk management and commercial guidance to help support business growth and considered decision-making across a diversified global investment portfolio. Alex is a qualified solicitor with more than 18 years' experience having previously worked at Linklaters LLP and has in-house experience from previous roles at Barings and HSBC.
Anna Kilkelly
Group Accountant
Anna, as Group Accountant, manages the day-to-day financial operations and reporting. She brings over 10 years of accounting experience, having worked in accounts for the leisure, transportation and mobility sectors. Earlier in her career, Anna was a secondary school science teacher and founded a business delivering hands-on science lessons in primary schools.
Sarah Brooks
Executive Assistant
Sarah is an accomplished Executive Assistant with a diverse background spanning hospitality, finance and investment, retail, property and construction, and manufacturing. Having supported senior executives, business owners, and family principals, she contributes significant depth and professionalism to this Single-Family Office.
